Egg MEA is currently looking for a full-time Production Team Manager.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Production team Manager will consistently deliver exceptional service to our clients through excellent team and production management and creative solutions. She/he will be responsible for managing the Egg MEA production teams as well as ensuring the seamless roll-out of high profile internal and client-facing events and conferences annually.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives on teamwork with extensive production experience, a creative eye for décor and design and enjoys thinking outside the box; a “Big Picture” thinker.
EVENT OPERATIONS ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the planning and execution of multiple key events; in particular high-profile events for key internal and external executives

Manage and Implement creative and innovative aspects of each event including theme, decoration and design in collaboration with the Egg transversal teams located in our various offices

Manage in-house and freelance teams to coach them in coordinating:
-
print materials, registration, transportation, hotel accommodations, entertainment, gift selection, audiovisual needs, webcasts, staging and speaker selection for all programs

creation and design of event collateral including save-the-dates, invitations, speaker booklets, attendee lists, agendas and other marketing materials
-
all aspects of the event operation from initial briefing to reconciliation

accurate and timely budgeting and reconciliation of events

Sourcing, negotiating and managing site selections, contracts and vendors (i.e. Venue Finding Agents, venues, transportation, audiovisual, entertainment, etc.)

adherence to the client’s and Egg’s standards of operation

QUALIFICATIONS
-
8+ years of Event Management experience
-
Proven ability to think innovatively to bring events/programs to fruition
-
Advanced project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects/teams simultaneously
-
Experience with high level conference, meeting and production management
-
Budget creation, management and reconciliation experience
-
Excellent supplier knowledge and negotiating skills
-
Strong team player and ability to manage small and large teams on-site
-
Strong leadership experience in motivating colleagues in a manner that enhances working relationships and encompasses the company brand and values

Resourceful individual with the ability to work independently and to work well under pressure to meet established deadlines
-
Proficient with Microsoft Office
-
Willing to travel Domestically and Internationally, weeks and/or week ends
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Advanced working knowledge of key Middle-East and International destinations
-
Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry prefered
