Egg MEA is currently looking for a full-time Production Team Manager.

ENGLISH MOTHER-TONGUE REQUIRED (All non-English mother-tongue speakers, please do not apply)

The Production team Manager will consistently deliver exceptional service to our clients through excellent team and production management and creative solutions. She/he will be responsible for managing the Egg MEA production teams as well as ensuring the seamless roll-out of high profile internal and client-facing events and conferences annually.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives on teamwork with extensive production experience, a creative eye for décor and design and enjoys thinking outside the box; a “Big Picture” thinker.



  • Responsible for the planning and execution of multiple key events; in particular high-profile events for key internal and external executives

  • Manage and Implement creative and innovative aspects of each event including theme, decoration and design in collaboration with the Egg transversal teams located in our various offices

  • Manage in-house and freelance teams to coach them in coordinating:

    • print materials, registration, transportation, hotel accommodations, entertainment, gift selection, audiovisual needs, webcasts, staging and speaker selection for all programs

    • creation and design of event collateral including save-the-dates, invitations, speaker booklets, attendee lists, agendas and other marketing materials

    • all aspects of the event operation from initial briefing to reconciliation

    • accurate and timely budgeting and reconciliation of events

    • Sourcing, negotiating and managing site selections, contracts and vendors (i.e. Venue Finding Agents, venues, transportation, audiovisual, entertainment, etc.)

    • adherence to the client’s and Egg’s standards of operation



  • Be proactive with ideas and creative solutions

  • Create and closely monitor value adds at every opportunity

  • Share knowledge of best practices, new suppliers, services and venues

  • Field questions and offer advice to team members to assist with creative problem solving



  • 8+ years of Event Management experience

  • Proven ability to think innovatively to bring events/programs to fruition

  • Advanced project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects/teams simultaneously

  • Experience with high level conference, meeting and production management

  • Budget creation, management and reconciliation experience

  • Excellent supplier knowledge and negotiating skills

  • Strong team player and ability to manage small and large teams on-site

  • Strong leadership experience in motivating colleagues in a manner that enhances working relationships and encompasses the company brand and values

  • Resourceful individual with the ability to work independently and to work well under pressure to meet established deadlines

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

  • Willing to travel Domestically and Internationally, weeks and/or week ends



  • Advanced working knowledge of key Middle-East and International destinations

  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry prefered



  • Build excellent relations with team through positive communications

  • Ensure knowledge is shared within the team to enable them to work smarter and more efficiently

  • Work intelligently and ensure that the Team Leader is aware of problems or issues which negatively affect productivity

  • Work on ad hoc requests as required, typically during quiet times

  • Assume responsibility for own environment, ensuring adherence to health and safety policies while having clean smart surroundings
